The proliferation of electric vehicles calls for more efficient and reliable design of EV charging infrastructure. In this work, we explicitly model the relationship between battery state of charge (SOC) and the peak charging rate. The resulting online charging station control algorithm can help boost the delivered charging energy by 10.3%. We can achieve less waste on available capacity, more satisfactory charging sessions, and better battery health management at the same time.
迅速提升的汽车电动化水平给充电设备的运营造成了新的挑战。如何设计充电算法使得充电站可以更加安全可靠地运行,为未来可持续发展的充电网络打下坚实基础。在这项研究工作中,我们首先对电池剩余电量(SOC)和峰值充电功率进行建模,并将该模型嵌入到最优充电策略的求解过程中。设计的在线充电算法可以提升充电站递送能量达10.3%,且可同时满足对于电池性能和充电负荷的约束,以及高并发的充电需求。
